This program is under development, but this should give an idea of how it will end up. In particular, I need to add a "search" facility.. Devon takes too long to scroll through; and for some unaccountable reason I've left out the OS map references in generating the data.
The Zip file contains a program (10k) and database (260k) to HotSync onto your PalmPilot.. this took 15 mins on my PalmVx via the serial link!!
There will eventually be a "Windows" program provided that will parse the CCCBR web pages to produce a great big text file containing the data (along with its source code, in Delphi). Then a second program will take the text file and convert it to a "DoveData.pdb" file for PalmOS.
No documentation provided, but it is trivial really. Download the zip file, unzip to produce a "Dove.prc" and a "DoveData.pdb" file; HotSync these onto your PalmPilot and tap the icon to run it.
There are two drop down menus, for "country" and "county/state" that generate a list of appropriate towers, with number of bells & tenor weight of each tower listed (see first 2 screens below). Tap on the name of a tower to get more details on it, as shown in the third screen.
